Welcome to
Changing Outcomes

Our inspiration derives from our founder Andrew Roberts, who is both driven and passionate about improving the lives of young people in care. Andrew has over 14 years of experience in the social care sector, and his drive for success has seen him flourish across a range of settings.

Andrew has a background in psychology, but despite achieving a first-class degree, he decided to follow his heart and embark on a journey which would allow him to work with young people outside of the clinical environment. In a bid to have a greater influence on service delivery, Andrew stepped down from his previous post as a registered children’s home manager to lead and inspire Changing Outcomes.

Testimonials

“Andy was able to connect with my daughter, when many professionals couldn’t. He not only supported her, he also supported me through such a very hard time. He really listened, showed genuine empathy to our situation, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We will be forever grateful for his help and support. Thank you Andy, for all your help and kindness.”
